To achieve this, I work primarily with agile project management methods (including Prince2®/Scrum). I integrate the topics of business case, organisation, plans, progress, changes, quality and risks into my projects. This also includes the use of digital data for real-time decisions and forecasts.I also accompany the path to digital strategy with subsequent creation of a roadmap for implementation in the company. The ongoing change processes go through the PDCA cycle for successful future models. Progress in the area of Preventive Health as well as Digital Health plays an important role. With systemic coaching, I support organizations through individual and team coaching sessions to identify new opportunities in structural change and strengthen resilience.
