KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS• Identified a new business venture between Debswana and Leighton Australia, made direct contact with the CEO in Australia and convinced them to send their IT Manager to meet me in Botswana. A relationship was quickly established and they ordered their entire IT Hardware through me in a deal that amounted to hundreds of thousands of Dollars after only 4 months in the job, and are now a long term valued customer of ASC IT Consultants with a support contract in place.• Have Identified over 20 new customers and lucrative sales have followed. • Began as a temp at DLJ Direct Ltd, London (online Stockbrokers) as a customer Services Rep, but within 6 months was promoted to implement a new Customer Relations Management System into the company. I was responsible for creating a Bespoke CRM system that incorporated all departmental prerequisites on functionality and efficiency. Once completed, I was required to create training manuals and train all 300 staff on the new System, single handily.• I have been involved in Rotary, and been a Volunteer and Counsellor for CRUSE Bereavement, to support and counsel bereaved individuals who have lost loved ones through suicide, HIV/AIDS, accidents, disasters and natural causes, who are referred to us by social services, local doctors and family members.
