I began my management career in the restaurant industry in 1995 with Subway and continued into BOH management with El Paso Barbecue. I advanced my career into office management with Cornerstone4Health Chiropractic where I was responsible for billing, scheduling, customer service, file management and marketing. In 2011, I began my career with Kum and Go as a General Manager where I have excelled in managing P&L, food costs/margins, labor control and customer satisfaction. I have been charged with turning several stores around and helping them to meet company metrics as well as turning profits. I understand business and marketing very well and feel that I am an asset to my company. I love new challenges and opportunities to grow and learn and I thrive in empowering and developing others to help them to achieve their career goals as well. Management is definitely my niche and my dedication but it’s my positive work ethic that has given me a competitive advantage within the industry.While I was building my career, I raised 5 beautiful children, actively participated in my church and worked towards finishing my Associates Degree in Business at Tulsa Community College. I love being busy, active and engaged in life. In my free time, I love to travel, finding all of the winding backroads, obscure roadside diners and engaging with the locals. Meeting a variety of people and hearing their stories is a passion. The world is full of amazing people with deep history and captivating stories, that will often leave you inspired if you take the time to listen!
