Manage a team of 18 Fraud Analysts that review Debit Card, ACH, ATM, Check and Transfer disputes.

Review and process customer dispute claims, including Point-of-Sale, ATM, ITM, ACH, Transfer, and Check Error transactions. Analyze dispute claims to determine if provisional credit should be granted in accordance with Bank Policies, Regulation E, Visa and/or NACHA rules. Refund NSF/OD/ATM/Transfer fees caused by valid dispute claims. Assess customer liability per Regulation E rules when applicable. File chargebacks for qualifying card disputes per Visa rules. Process returns for qualifying ACH disputes per NACHA rules. Submit bank-to-bank claims for ACH disputes that do not qualify for a Fed return. Review claims for to determine potential manipulation and/or neglect by consumers. Report finding to appropriate bank personnel. Issue credit and file chargebacks for transactions identified during confirmed fraud events.

As an AML Support Specialist my daily routine includes reviewing and filing currency transaction reports with FinCEN, facilitating account closures recommended by investigation and enhanced due diligence teams, reviewing monetary instrument logs, reviewing and decisioning OFAC hits, reviewing and decisioning risk based alerts from the customer data base, reviewing and decisioning 314a hits. Additionally I am responsible for all internal communications for the Financial Investigations Department regarding AML requirements and protocols. Applications I utilize on a daily basis include Lexis Diligence, Lexus Nexus/Bridger, CLEAR, FIS, GCOP, eFunds, Safe Banking Systems, Excel.
