I have had the opportunity to work in the Engineering and Testing division of the largest and most thoroughly equipped independent and testing laboratory in the United States during the summer after my freshman year and when I am home on breaks. I ran tests such as fatigue, electromagnetic interference, and windblast on various parts of aircraft. I contributed to many projects for jobs such as Northrop Grumman’s E-2D Aircraft and Sikorsky’s CH-53K. I assisted and was guided directly by professional engineers, technicians, and administrators.
