Green Business Club Zuidas is een impactorganisatie waar 70 Zuidas-bedrijven met elkaar samenwerken aan een duurzame bedrijfsvoering en een leefbaar, toekomstbestendig gebied. Ik werk aan de projecten rondom afval, energie en water&groen en organiseer evenementen om verbindingen te leggen en kennis te delen. Projecten waar ik aan werk zijn onder andere Zero Waste Zuidas (geen restafval meer in 2030) en Energiebesparing, bijvoorbeeld met het project 'Zuidas doe(t) het licht uit!'.

De Buurtkringloop is een kringloopwinkel en ontmoetingsplek voor bewoners van de Indische buurt met een dikke of dunne portemonnee en alles wat daar tussenin zit. We verwelkomen je graag op Javastraat 105/107 in Amsterdam!

Careibu is the biggest social care community in The Netherlands. I'm working in the operations team connecting students to people from all generations for help at home (OppasStudent | PoetsStudent | SeniorenStudent). Next to this, I'm currently also the spokesperson for the partnerships of the foundation, Stichting Senior&Student. This includes acquisition of new partners. My roots at Careibu actually go a few years back as I have worked as a babysitter and a 'senior-student' myself at several elderly homes through Careibu next to my studies.

For my final master thesis, I have done research into circularity in the textile and apparel industry. My focus was on the innovative process of chemical recycling of polyester polymers (pre- and post-consumer waste).

The New Business Challenge is a business case competition organized by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, SustainableMotion and the RvO in which Ghanaian and Dutch students work together on business cases related to sustainability. I've worked on a business case related to sustainable tourism for Dutch/Ghanaian company Jolinaiko Ecotours.

As an acquisition manager I was responsible for creating trainee positions at Dutch companies in Amsterdam for ambitious international students through the global non-profit organization AIESEC. The organisation tries to enhance the leadership potential of young people and is present in 126 countries around the world. We focused on a wide range of companies, from startups to multinationals like Nike. My job consisted of cold calling and establishing partnerships with companies. The second half year I was the team leader of the acquisition team and guided my team in the process of acquiring new leads.

iNDiViDUALS is a platform for young creatives featuring a changing collective of 24 students. We contributed our own chapter to a continuing fashion story by designing, producing and selling a seasonal fashion collection. As a process manager, I was responsible for the branding team consisting of 8 students. Organising and stimulating the creative process, organising the biannual collection presentation, as well as formulating, implementing and developing branding objectives were tasks I was concerned with.
