Throughout my career as a general manager and business Leader, I have gained expertise in growing businesses organically and through M&A. I have led businesses across a wide range of industrial markets from energy and safety sectors to rail, food and beverage, laser and metal processing, and defense. I have explored and grown in global markets including Israel, the Middle East, China, South East Asia, Mexico, Brazil, Canada, and the US. This breadth of experience has helped me to appreciate the unique differences in each market as well as common principles among thriving businesses.Hope is not a strategy. I believe that strategic planning is a full-contact sport that achieves its best outcome with a cross-functional team of leaders looking at the past as well as the future. Creating a shared vision as well as a strong execution plan is required to deliver results. I bring all facets of the business including operations, product, sales and marketing, and organizational design and development into the ring to develop a winning strategy.I’m an engineer at heart and love finding ways to use technology to help solve tough problems in elegant ways. Working closely with customers to understand their issues allows teams to create and innovate solutions and ultimately, add value for both parties.
