A full-time freelance project at Greenchoice…………..Designing or optimising the internal applications and “My Greenchoice” What I did/do to redesign the internal applications:• UX research: a deep-dive into the needs and issues of different teams using analytics, surveys and interviews. Finding out how they use the current applications do to their work and when/why these applications don’t support them sufficiently in doing said work. • Redesigning the environment in which employees document their customer contact and set out tasks.• Redesigning the environment in which employees correct rejected customer registrations.• Designing a new employee portal binding all internal applications. This improves accessibility for remote employees and generally makes it easier to navigate through many different, complicated processes.What I did to optimise My Greenchoice: • User testing the existing usage page in My Greenchoice to identify its pain points and opportunities.• Redesigning the usage graphs, giving customers better insights into their energy usage to improve their energy efficiency.

Tasks include(d): • Designing campaign materials• Designing a gift card for kids• Designing and animating social media posts (Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter)• Creating illustrations for their email communication
