• Work with clients from “start to finish” in conceptualizing the event, securing appropriate vendors and service providers in support of the event, providing them with direction, and coordinating all activities from “set up to clean up”• Lead and manage high-end special events (e.g., Greenwich Wine and Food Fest with approximately 5000 attendees)• Develop all client proposals • Manage all contracts for event vendors and all budgets and financial reporting • Coordinate on-site management of physical venue, entertainers, caterers, on-site managers and sub-contractors• Design and develop all prop and thematic decor • Liaison to event attendee needs and problem solving as required• Supervise set-up and breakdown of all event activities• Manage all outreach and promotional/marketing efforts • Coordinate fully with vendors including production, staffing, AV, lighting, entertainment and transportation • Design and produce all event collateral (linens, floral, invitation, signage, programs, inserts, etc.)• Act as point person on-site overseeing deliveries of supplies/rentals, floor plan adherence, overall organization of on-site materials

Retail Buyer: plan, manage, and select goods to be sold the store and continually look for new products and review existing ones to ensure they're up-to-date and on current trends.Responsible for every aspect of day-to-day supervision of the store, including sales, staff, stock and resources.Curate product in store for display.

• Report directly to the CEO of the Mission Training Center.• Leader of the hallmark event for the Connecticut Challenge Bike Ride which involves over 2550 participants; 1000 riders, 550 volunteers, 1000 other attendees• Work with various corporations and organizations on underwriting and supporting the Center’s Bike Ride event as well as the Center’s overall mission• Market and publicize the Bike Ride as well as implement programs to educate public on the Mission’s Training Center offered to pediatric and adult cancer survivors• Organize and host various events at corporate and organization locations as well as stage and execute local community events to recruit donors, volunteers and riders• Create and maintain all relevant databases in support of registering, assigning and coordinating the 1000 riders and 550 volunteers• Plan and coordinate related Bike Ride and Mission Center ceremonies and events throughout the year• Conceptualize and implement various fundraising activities and community engagement• Stage and execute “guerilla marketing” for the Bike Ride as well as the Mission Center

• Lead contact working with a variety of clients and professionals at various venues around design, creation, timing, logistics and execution of key high-end events • Responsible for development of all client agreements/contracts as well as contracts with sites, facilities, contractors and vendors• On-site coordination for all events
