Born in a family of businessmen, I’m engaged since almost 20 years as lawyer and member of executive boards/committees for a visionary and responsible management. I consider myself an entrepreneur. As experienced lawyer and Head of Legal and Compliance I’m responsible for the compliance of the company with all legal, regulatory and compliance requirements as well as for the implementation of business strategies, the design of corporate structure and the successful conclusion of transactions on an ever changing legal, business and IT environment.As member of executive boards and committees I show leadership, steer projects, and create structures to ensure the achievement of company goals, improve profitability and preserve the stakeholders’ interests.Proven experience includes legal advice, governance set-up, (regulatory) compliance, company policies and processes, ethics programs, Whistleblowing, conflicts management, project management and employee education.
