Over 20 years of experience facilitating the professional development of teachers in literacy instruction and providing strategic guidance to school systems improving literacy curriculum and assessment models. Prior to consulting, a successful career in education included roles as a Classroom Teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools, Reading Specialist for Loudoun County Public Schools, Director of Private Enrichment Program, and Adjunct Instructor at the Graduate Level for the Colleges of Education at The University of Virginia and George Mason University.
