Grew department from 6 people to currently 90 positions in 2024. Successfully created workflows, desk level procedures and policies as well as training for the department. Overseeing intakes for Early Intervention, Children's Clinical Team, Intellectual and Developmental Disability services and non iDD services. Subject matter expert and prime driver of 2 company databases that aided in creating objectives and key results. Created matrix of behaviors and competencies that aligned with RMHS Values and as later adopted by the company. Successfully worked with external stakeholders and referral sources as represented RMHS in public speaking engagements. Operationalized the start of the contact center as well as created and presented additional trainings for leadership.

Led teams of case managers (40+ CMs reporting up to me) doing both ongoing and intake work for Home and Community Based services with Medicaid, Nursing Facility Admissions, Hospital discharges and deinstitutionalizations. Revamped, created training for, and developed a premier relationship with Health Care Policy and Finance for the Colorado Choice Transitions pilot program– or Money Follows the Person program. This included being a member of the Colorado Advisory Committee for CCT. The program became permanent across Colorado for individuals being de-institutionalized or moving to less restrictive environments. By creating increased teamwork and understanding of job roles across the company, I aided in the Case Management integration with Physical Health Teams, Behavior Health Teams, and Long-Term Care to create a stronger and more cohesive case management department in preparation for the new RAE contract. Revamped and invigorated Resource Committee required by regulations and grew participation by ensuring remote access. Project Lead for Administration on Community Living No Wrong Door Grant to Colorado. Included coordination with the Aging and Disability Resource Center, Area Agency on Aging, Community Center Boards, Center for Independent Living, Department of Human Services and Single-Entry Point. Creating a shared database, 800# phone queue, training options counselors with person centered program, andcommunity public speaking and management of traveling teams and peer counselor. This work culminated with Colorado moving to redesign its case management agency structure. In collaboration with the Organization Learning team, we created companywide leadership training on "Resilience."
