A graduate of Wilmington University with a BS in Human Resource Management and Delaware County Community College with an AS in Business Management.My experience at Vanguard has allowed me to build a strong skillset. Many of these skills began to develop in my first role as an Annuity and Insurance Specialist. In this role I was required to oversee the entire lifecycle of the client experience and be able to identify opportunities along the way to drive improvement. Because I was able to effectively manage an ongoing book of business and manage my time effectively this allowed me to transition well to Foundational CMS. While in CMS, I often had to work with business partners to try to find the best solution for the client. This also required a lot of research to decipher what solutions were even possible. Within this role I continued to drive results by further developing my conceptual thinking skills through asking questions, researching, resolving and communicating with the client efficiently. My CMS experience and my Annuity experience taught me to how to explain something that may be complex in a simplistic manner that was easy for clients to understand. Through the previous two roles I was able to transition well to the Adjustments Associate position. As an Adjustment Associate I’m able to continue to increase my business acumen, and understand the where, how and why our cases come to be. With that understanding I’m able to pay more attention to the details of each case and the processing steps in which to make the adjustments that are required. In my time in all these roles, I always looked for ways to improve processes. This was done in my participation in department initiatives, such as root cause & problem solving; Standard Work creation; and coordinating meetings while being focused on account accuracy and compliance. I am experienced in researching and resolving problems while collaborating with teammates, clients and other business partners to result in a great client experience.
