I have worked within the differently-abled community for over 30 years. Currently I am at a non profit organization who has day programs for all individuals with the goal of inclusion for all. I have worked as a caregiver for all age groups in a variety of settings, from preschool age to hospice adult care for the past 35 years. I have worked with those with mental health issues, addiction issues, and those in the ID community. My main focus for many years was working with those on the Autism spectrum,I have training in augmentative communication and coexisting disorders. I also have a Certification in Empyment Support. My passion is helping those with barriers to succeed to their max capacity and teaching life skills to customers/clients as needed.
