As of September 2022, after 7 rounds of Bootcamps, the combined cohort has organized 45+ events to benefit the environment and the community, forged 70+ collaborations with a range of partners, sparking a cascading impact as they managed to reach out to and had conversations with over 35,000 members of the community via in person and digital platforms. As the founder of Secondsguru, Lara has spoken as a sustainability expert at a multitude of international conferences and webinars, moderated panel discussions, been a panelist at panel discussions, judged and mentored various youth 'Hackathons' and case competitions in collaboration with General Assembly, AIESEC, National Library Board, National Youth Council, Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE), People's Association and many more.
