I’m an ambitious marketing expert with over 10 years of experience in various fields, mostly marketing communications and brand management. Through my functions in retail as well as on the producer and agency side, I know the FMCG industry from all perspectives.My credo in marketing is to put always the consumer in the center. What are their needs? For what reasons do they buy a product or not? Market research and in-depth market analyses form the basis of my strategies and implementations.Currently I work at Heineken Switzerland as Group Brand Manager and together with my team I am responsible for the Swiss beer brands, such as Eichhof and Calanda. Previously, I worked as Senior Brand Manager at Lactalis and was responsible for the brand management of the local brand BAER and the international brand Président. My main projects were brand positioning, campaign planning and implementation, redesigns of existing products, product development and its successful launch in the market.For almost 6 years I was at Migros - the most loved retailer in Switzerland. Among other things, I was responsible for the communication and brand management of the brands in the area of sustainability and regionality (Aus der Region, Alnatura, Migros-Bio). I also conveived and launched Migros' health initiative "iMpuls" - from strategy, brand development and campaigning to setting up internal content marketing structures. In communications, I focused on digital measures and followed trends in social media, influencer marketing and native advertising.
