In past positions, I excelled at organizing old and new data, reporting the data, and consequently making a positive change. We have too much data in our lives. In our professional lives, it seems to double. Without someone to organize and decipher it, companies leave potential clients, customers, and employees questioning their loyalty and feeling unheard. Or never even knowing the company existed in the first place. I enjoy applying my findings and improving everything around me. Organizational skills and communication have become my passion. I want to be able to quickly and efficiently serve my customers, my subordinates, and my employer. I have become a professional middle-woman in the last few places I have worked, and I like it there. I have experience in sales, sales mentorship, recruitment, scheduling, payroll administration, payroll planning, Google and Microsoft suites, data analysis, data reporting, risk assessment, risk management, and aquatic facility management. Sales - Worked as a salesperson for Verizon for 14 months consistently outsold fellow salespersons, was promoted to sales lead and sales mentor after 3 months, and traveled to multiple locations to open storefronts as an ambassador.Risk Assessment/Risk Management - Supervisor for YMCA aquatic department and interim aquatic director for over 3 years, revamped insurance policy while working closely with advisors, developed facility-wide risk assessment executive summary for board of directors, coached beginner to high school level competitive swim team resulting in over a dozen state records broken.Recruitment - Massive seasonal recruitment of 300+ seasonal employees from February to Memorial Day with a team of 4 other staffers, simultaneously being the seasonal employee's point of contact for payroll and HR questions, massive seasonal terminations at the end of season from August to January, organizing responses from employees and patrons to improve upcoming seasons, voted by my peers supervisor of the year 2 times in a row.Data Analysis/Data Reporting - Organizing and cleaning credit reports for close to 55 locations for department directors, assessing payroll planning for upcoming seasons, and areas of failure.
