Key responsabilities:• Follow the entire recruitment cycle and various positions available, helping managers find, hire and retain valuable employees. In charge of the end-to-end selection process.• Sourcing and hiring sales executives for the Cranberry and Pittsburgh offices.• Creating a culture consistent with PLS Logistics standards.• Work collaboratively with the Branch Manager and teams to understand the hiring needs in each role, meeting the goals and expectations set.• Assist with orientation process including, but not limited to, making sure new hire has completed all necessary paperwork; assignment of trainer, etc.• Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.• Working with the Branch Manager on career pathing, personnel development and office personnel retention.• Ensuring a top-notch professional atmosphere within the branch.• Liaising with USA based department leaders as necessary to ensure recruiting team KPI’s are being achieved.

Key responsibilities:• Detection and first contact of IT resources that may apply to the profile that Voolkia's clients are looking for.• Conducting a first interview with preselected resources.• Preparing a personalized report of each resource, their soft skills and technical knowledge and send it to the leaders of the project.• Follow-up of the selection process of each applicant.• Salary negotiation between our clients and the applicant.• Sending the contracting conditions, pre-occupational studies shift and requesting the work tools so that the resource can join his/her new position as soon as possible.
