• Onboarded 180+ private schools between August-November 2021 into the program, assisting them in launching effective COVID-19 testing programs that would meet their specific needs/demands; key elements included helping them select a testing technology that best fit their needs, obtain all needed training and supplies, and putting the measures in place to ensure compliance with federal/state/local requirements• Facilitated meetings with school principals to assess their interest in program and build an initial successful cohort of enrolled schools; additionally met with the Archdiocese of Seattle to promote the Learn to Return program, opening a path for more than 70 schools to enroll from Bellingham to Vancouver, WA• Collaborate with Educational Service District, DoH, and OSPI leaders around program implementation and assisted schools/districts in applying for funding for COVID testing efforts—successfully securing $2,000,000 in funding for 7 private schools/public school districts in the 21-22 school year, as well as $2,100,000+ in 2022• Designed an online pre-packaged toolkit allowing schools and districts to document their COVID testing program (e.g. protocols, best practices, key contacts, templates) for cost-effective future use and scalability• Developed a streamlined onboarding process for 70+ private schools between January-March 2022, training new hires on specific protocols for working with/onboarding private schools• Advocated for and designed a non-verbal COVID-19 testing administration instructional video to meet the demands of non-English speaking individuals

• Recruited to build a new language department for this fast-growing educational institution—supervising a team of 9 instructors, developing an initial pilot program, and managing development of all needed curriculum and training materials; launched the program successfully in a rapid time frame, now serving ~1500 students• Additionally advocated for and secured funding for an adult English language learning program; designed and delivered the pilot program, leading to the courses subsequently being adopted by 4 other school sites
