Pioneer the Junior School Outdoor Education Science Program. Taking classrooms with their teachers to engage in scientific observation, data collection and discussion in the outdoor classroom.Develop science education lessons for the 5th and 7th grade Outdoor Education Program, including sourcing resources, and training staff in the engagement and delivery of the lesson plan.Teach Grades 5-10 at Beaconhills, through their sequential outdoor education experiences. Programs from 3-9 days with student groups canoeing, bushwalking, cycling, and environmental service.International community service and ethical travel 10-30 days in Vietnam, Borneo, and Nepal.Report on students strengths and room for improvement, through individualized comments.Facilitate a group of students online to pursue their own nano adventure via Zoom sessions and STILE to review individualized risk management and student centered learning.Help in the blended learning program, assist middle school students with their online learning in a classroom setting, specifically in math and science. Adapt and support independent experiences for year 7-11 students, out in the bush on 3-21 day cycling, bushwalking, rafting, climbing, abseiling, surfing, camel riding, and camp based programs.

Teach students and adults the basics of windsurfing techniques and equipment.Perform rescues with the motorboat as needed.Lead students in team building activities and responsible exploration around the Bay Area.

Prepare and execute outdoor lesson plans for 5th grade groups in water ecology, geology, renewable resources, Native American history, and environmental awareness through experiential education. Develop teaching resources.Teach groups of up to 20 4th-6th grade students 2 and a half hour lessons outdoors.
