After graduating from high school in 2015, I went to Sydney for 8 months. During this time I learned to take on responsibility, became more independent and was able to develop my self-confidence. When I returned, I decided to study International Business at CBS. Apart from expanding my theoretical knowledge, I had the opportunity to work on a Real Life Project where we developed a Go-To Market Strategy for a client and presented it to them at the end of the project. I have done my internship at achtung! GmbH, a 360 full-service communications and PR agency in 2017. During that time I was able to develop my team-working skills and hard skills further. Among other things, I was responsible for creating press releases, answering media enquiries and researching and realising journalistic requests. I also supported my team in the creation of concepts and events and was present at customer meetings.My strengths are my communication skills, my team working skills and my open-mindedness. I like to face new challenges, I am very curious and inquisitive and I question things. In addition, I am a very ambitious person who always wants to do her job perfectly. I myself am my biggest critic and I am seldom satisfied with my performance.I value teamwork very much, I like to fit into an existing team, but I also like to take on responsibility and am the team leader. It is important to me not only that I can contribute my strengths in order to bring the company to its goal, but also that I am given room for personal development, that I can question processes and that I can give suggestions, although at 21 years of age I may have less experience than others.
