Responsible for assisting the marketing and business development initiatives of the organisation as well as assisting advisers with the production and review of client communication materials. Coordinate the design, development, and digital distribution of the organisations key client and adviser communication and marketing tools , including content generation, editorial review and graphic generation Co-ordinate conference attendance requirements and the evaluation of return on investment of marketing events and sales initiatives, customer survey feedback and the management and analysis of weekly sales and revenue growth within the organisation.  Responsible for the daily management of client communications and drafting of compliance driven client offer documents.

Played a key role in the distribution of launch invitations, gift packs and promotional materials and development of product presentations. Successfully managed the product development of the online advisory application and quote software through competently coordinating the input of internal stakeholders, such as Underwriting, Claims, IT, Sales, Marketing, Actuarial, Compliance and Legal obtaining agreement and sign-off on product specifications.  Managed reports analysing product sales and trends such as by state, type, and sales channels. Produced Competitor Intelligence reports regarding features and price comparison to identify product development/enhancement opportunities.

Company dedicated to providing support to the business world assisting in developing strategy and facilitating insight into business performance enhancement. Developed presentations for public relations events for Fortune 500 CEOs and high-level executives on key issues and characteristics of their industries.
