• Directed and executed all aspects of curriculum development for STEMscopes™ PreK-12 products. Led efforts to intake, organize, and develop new projects. • Managed 6 full-time employees and 150+ consultants.• Co-led 100% alignment and adoption of K-12 STEMscopes™ curriculum by the Texas Education Agency, consisting of 259 individual lessons.• Led intake, organization, and development of new projects.

• Managed 1 full-time employee and 30+ consultants.• Led total rewrite of all K-5 science lessons with a team of 35+ educators.• Created, revised, produced, and directed 53 Content Connections videos and companions (see Portfolio for examples).

• Provided professional development in content and pedagogy for 200+ Houston-area educators.• Pedagogical topics/specialties included: assessment development (authentic/alternative and multiple choice), preparing the classroom environment, professional learning communities, dialogue/discourse, using a science notebook, questioning at all rigor levels, how to write a grant, constructivism, inquiry, 5E lessons, centers, research on homework.
