Through my work as Assistant Director on Mr. Burns at Muhlenberg College I have gained crucial insight into the production world and the importance of both teamwork and leadership. As Assistant Director, I would accompany the director to production meetings that involved both the creative team and members of the theatre department where I am learning the ins and outs of how to create a production.
