These global platforms provide a controlled, audit able and compliant environment for risk management and reporting, including storage of historical data. In all these projects I have worked closely with the customers to understand the driving business requirements and translate them into system functionalities and workflow design; I have worked with other vendors to integrate our software with a number of different other systems; I have written the functional specifications based on which the code has been developed and tested; and I have supported internal and external testing teams during the User Acceptance Testing phase.In the past year my direct involvement in projects decreased and I have been more focusing on training and coaching new business analysts; design, describe and uniform the internal processes followed by the business analysts in order to ensure good quality and consistency throughout the analysis deliverables of all the projects. SecondFloor develops code following the Agile principles, with cycles lasting around three months: this results in a time for the analysis of about 3 weeks. Such a tight schedule requires focus, discipline, excellent scope control capabilities but also proactivity and flexibility in order to produce on time good quality deliverables.During my assignment as Business Analyst for the project with ING in 2007, ECAPS, the solution developed in collaboration with Algorithm, received the ICT Innovation Award presented by Banking & Finance.
