• Member of the evaluation and decision making committee for prospective students• Organized graduation ceremonies, Open Days, Career days, Executive seminars • Responsible for the establishment of the AIT Alumni Association and organization of relevant events• Organized the two annual Summer Schools at AIT: “International Summer School on Science and Technology” for graduate students and “Meet your Future Summer School” for Greek high school students• Coordinated and supervised AIT participation in national exhibitions • Designed and overviewed AIT advertising campaign in Greece and abroad• Planned and implemented the recruitment strategy in Greece and other countries (Lebanon, Jordan, Bulgaria, Albania). Organized and coordinated Open Days & presentations in universities, in Greece and the aforementioned countries• Organized the NIKI award event at Grande Bretagne hotel, for 5 consecutive years, where prominent Greeks, internationally recognized for their contribution to science and technology, were awarded during the event• Served as the PA to the General Manager for five years.
