I use my business knowledge to identify ways to manage expenses through effective negotiating and reducing waste…all while maintaining the integrity of the property and delivering a high-touch service to each tenant and guest. I exceed sales goals consistently because I build strong relationships with property owners, tenants, contractors, suppliers and vendors. I respond to their needs with a sense of urgency and commitment. Sales is about being knowledgeable, being honest and being responsive. I work hard to be all three.I have to say I don't do it alone.
