Hello, I'm Lara, since 2020 a Life and career Mentor, C-level Coach, Organizational Culture Consultant, and Speaker.In my last assignment in Roche India (2017-2019), Forbes featured me as the 1st CEO to have the Chief Purpose Officer denomination. At the same time, I have actively served different boards in the industry and Chambers of Commerce in the countries I led to help shape the sector I worked in, building the collective wisdom to impact positively any place I was welcomed to live and work in.As a General Manager in Hungary at the age of 32, the first female executive President of Bayer in Latin America, and the first CEO to hold the title of Chief Purpose Officer, I opened doors for many other women. I dared to work with spirituality and purpose, even when it wasn't on the corporate agenda.I founded Workcoherence to help leaders who want to work to help society and humanity through their companies. Through consulting services in conscious leadership, purpose, and organizational culture, I help leaders and teams develop more humanized and conscious leadership skills, incorporate a strong and authentic purpose in their work, and develop a coherent, humanized, and collaborative organizational culture that promotes employee well-being and business sustainability.My work helped the companies I worked in increase profitability, retain talent, and improve innovation.
