I am an extrovert leader with a heart and passion for business and organization management. My strengths are found in the planning and coordinating of events. This includes designing flyers, announcements, and invitations. I have coordinated and organized 5K’s, conferences, events, meetings and parties. I am big on organization and love labeling, alphabetizing, rearranging, and making lists. I have been able to exercise all of the above in both my employment and my church. One of the teams that I was a part of for about 6 years was a youth ministry called FMJ, meaning Youth Ministry Development. The purpose and vision of this ministry was to organize youth conferences that would provide resources, workshops and speakers that would motivate youth to discover their talents, God-given gifts, and hobbies. Prior to working for the Salem-Keizer School district I was office manager at Sunwest Enterprises. This company rented limousines, had an auto body shop, and a car dealership. My duties consisted in scheduling limousine routes, processing the rental fees, paperwork and licensing for the car sales, ordering parts for the auto shop, payroll, check deposits, managing social media and advertisement and making sure all bills including the shop utility bills and internet were paid.
