In this position, I faced the major challenge of developing and implementing the company's Design System, using Figma to ensure a consistent and scalable foundation for our projects. Additionally, I led Discovery processes and user testing to align business expectations with customer needs. I created flowcharts and mapped user journeys, defined personas, and developed high-fidelity prototypes. I also organized usability tests and planned implementation strategies, always focused on providing an intuitive and enjoyable platform experience.

At Zappts, I worked on creating digital solutions, from designing user flows and wireframes to implementing the Design System for both web and mobile platforms. I conducted qualitative and quantitative research. I used agile methodologies (Scrum) to develop e-commerce platforms and reviewed screen copies to ensure consistency with the prototypes.

Têssa is a technology startup. In this challenge I was responsible for developing the company's financial planning and cash flow. Some of my responsibilities were: creating Instagram posts (design and text) with focus on customer delight; managing accounts payable and treasury; managing cash flow; and, doing financial feasibility analysis for projects.Throughout this journey I used agile methodologies, especially Kanban.

Piccola Palla is a company in the food segment, founded by me. Responsible for the whole experience, from the enchantment through Instagram posts on the brand (@piccola.palla), to making a box that welcomes and brings happiness to the customer, to the final consumption of the gourmet brigadeiros. The great challenge was to build the brand. To do the financial management of the company, to make pictures of the product as well as posts for sale, to price the product, and to conquer the trust of the customers.I was able to recover the initial investment in 2 months and made 200% profit during the period the company was open. My clientele was approximately 80% recurring and 20% occasional.

HMM is a company in the real estate industry. One of my responsibilities was to create posts for Instagram (design and text) with a focus on delighting the client. I also worked from the contact phase with the client to the finalization of the property acquisition process, always trying to provide a good experience for the client. I answered questions about the subdivisions, generated payment slips and took care of the processes involving the collection of any delays.
