Global Sales Enablement Lead
CurrentIn my role as Sales Enablement Lead at Backbase, I am responsible for onboarding + upskilling over 100 salespeople worldwide, ensuring they are equipped to confidently navigate our complex sales cycles. My key responsibilities include:- Enablement Program Design including comprehensive onboarding journeys + continuous enablement cadences.- Mapping + refining sales methodologies + frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across extended sales cycles.- Organizing + leading enablement cadences + programs to communicate + support strategic planning, as well as deep dives into specific topics to aid salespeople in their customer interactions, product knowledge + relationship management.- All-in planning + management of our annual onsite Sales Kickoff event, including project management, content build, event planning + overall execution.- Development of engaging, modular content, leveraging gamification techniques to drive participation + knowledge retention.- Utilizing analytics platforms to measure program success, track engagement, + refine strategies based on insights.- Utilizing Enablement + Learning Technology such as Seismic, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate + LMS to streamline content delivery + enhance the learning experience.
