I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist (ATR), with an M.A. from Loyola Marymount University's program in Marital and Family Therapy with specialized training in Clinical Art Therapy. I have gained experience working with clients ages 4 to 80 in the Los Angeles area. I'm passionate about empowering clients to explore their own stories, heal, and grow. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space in which I can help guide clients in this journey, using the power of the creative process and the arts to increase self-awareness and personal agency. Currently, I work as a trauma-informed art therapist in a high school setting.By night, I am a freelance health writer/editor, specializing in chronic illness, sexual health, and mental health. I'm passionate about making “taboo” health topics easy to understand while breaking down harmful stigmas.
