In the Sales Finance team I worked together with law firms and bailiffs on a daily basis to follow up legal files. As a Litigation Specialist you have direct contact with clients to negotiate payment solutions, while coordinating the client's needs with the needs of our internal departments such as Sales, Real Estate and Legal. Next to this, I provided analyses and suggestions to improve the efficiency of file follow-up. E.g. The creation of a dashboard that the team can use daily and offers management an overview of the file status. On top of this, I had the pleasure of being Happiness Manager for the team. I had a good experience meeting the Venture Capital world. My task was preparing a deal by determining the market position, looking in to the valuation of the company and analyzing the shareholder agreement. Finally, I was able to determine the strategic options. The sustainable chemistry fund was the perfect fund to also learn about interesting new products and firms with noteworthy sustainable focus. Last but not least I got to meet wonderful people.
