This foundation sparked my love for simplifying complex ideas and building meaningful connections.In 2008, I got my first taste of change management during a major organisational project—the merger of South Africa’s largest resort group with a US company. This transformation (organisational restructure, cultural and systems redesign), which impacted 2,000 people across a dispersed workforce, inspired my passion for leading people through change.In 2013, I started a consulting firm, delivering projects and change programs for clients across IT, FMCG, hospitality, travel, tourism, and home appliances. From overhauling sports membership programs and ticketing systems, to designing a new cultural and values program, every piece of work was focused on delivering impact. When my family and I moved to Australia in 2018, I spent time contracting with agencies while preparing for a formal transition into change management. In 2019, I completed Foundation and Practitioner Change Management training and deepened my understanding of human-centred design and behavioural science—skills that now shape the way I lead impactful, people-focused change.I’ve had the privilege of leading and implementing change programs that have touched the lives of thousands of people. Whether it’s aligning teams to a shared vision, streamlining processes, or embedding new systems, I focus on delivering meaningful results that make a difference. I now lead the Change Management Office, where I work with an amazing team to deliver transformation that brings people, processes, and systems together. Together, we’re helping Scope achieve its ambitious goals and create even more value for its clients and teams.When I’m not leading change, I love bringing people together, sharing ideas, and supporting teams to thrive. I’m passionate about turning challenges into opportunities and creating lasting impact.
