Working in the field of Mental Health since 2012 I have experience of working in a dynamic work environment. I have 7+ years of experience working with individuals emotional wellness. I assist clients struggling with emotional issues, mood disturbances, declined productivity, trauma, low self esteem amongst other issues. I use an insight oriented and narrative building approach with more focus on DBT, CBT along with relevant therapy styles facilitating awareness, growth and overall psychological development.I also am a trainer and mentor to young professionals starting their journey and have trained over 100 professionals since 2021
