Current• Moved from HR to Enterprise Technology to establishment talent management function for 10,000+ technical workers• Created and established the ET Talent Management Program, delivering a structure to deliver insight into critical roles, surface talent risks, drive remediation of talent risks, identify SMEs, flight risks, bench strength and training needs associated with this data and laying the groundwork to weave special attention for critical roles into core HR processes, formally launching in 2024• Managed remediation efforts of a highly visible risk issue successfully, using the issue to pilot early design of ET Talent Management program which enabled inclusion of concrete program outcomes in broader Program socialization efforts• Successfully worked between HR Strategic Workforce Planning efforts and ET Talent Program efforts to ensure both programs could rely on outcomes rolling seamlessly from position-level data used by ET to macro-level data used by the Enterprise
