As the Executive Director of Community Link, I lead and coordinate the daily support operations of a non-profit organization that provides food and resources to low-income families in NW Tarrant County. With over 15 years of non-profit experience, I have improved our operational efficiency, quality, and impact, serving thousands of families every year. As part of the non-profit sector, I collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders to advocate for the needs and rights of the people we serve.I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and a CompTIA Project+ certification, which enable me to apply project management, volunteer coordination, staff training, and administration skills to our mission and vision. I am passionate about fighting hunger and empowering our community members with the tools and services they need to build successful futures. I work with a dedicated team of staff and volunteers who share our values and goals, and together we strive to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve.
