I graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelors Degree in the Business department, emphasizing in Hospitality Management. The program was phenomenal, learning the ins and outs of the hospitality industry while digging into business components that have greatly helped me professionally.After graduation, I had the privilege to be a stay-at-home mom with my two sons. I took this opportunity to be as involved in their lives as possible. I was always their class parent and joined the school's PFC. When they started baseball, I fell in love with the sport all over again and started coaching and eventually became a Board Member for the Little League.I slowly re-entered the work force, running my own catering company. I developed and maintained amazing relationships with my clients that led to years of quality events. In this role, I:- Created menus, budgeting and ordering accordingly- Assured that all of the clients requests and requirements were successfully executed- Managed teams from two to twenty, all the way from preparation to presentationAfter spending so much of my time volunteering at my sons' school, I decided to join the Dublin Unified School District. I have been here for seven years, starting as a part-time secretary, and working my way to Attendance Secretary / Registrar.
