In my role, I oversee the strategic and operational aspects of our organization, ensuring that our programs and initiatives run smoothly while maximizing our impact. From managing budgets and resources to coordinating teams and advancing technology solutions, I thrive in creating systems that enable us to serve churches more effectively. I’m also committed to fostering partnerships and collaborations that expand the reach of disability ministry worldwide. My professional background combines nonprofit management, leadership development, and a love for solving challenges with grace and creativity. When I’m not working, I’m passionate about encouraging and equipping families raising autistic children through writing, speaking, and hosting Raising Autistic Disciples podcast with my husband.
