• Reviewing the receivable cycle and calculation of the bad debts while keeping in view of A/R days.• Deduction and reconciliation of withholding tax of expenses as per FBR.• Assisting the external audit as per GAAPs yearly.• Reporting of income and expenses on quarterly basis to forecast the cashflows.• Filling the director’s income tax return on IRIS.• Reconciliation of bank statement on monthly basis.• Preparation of financial proposals as per costing rules.•Ensure that all the ledgers will be closed on the month end.• Maintaining and managing the asset register &depreciation deduction.•Annual budgeting of expenses & income and their variances .•Preparation of salary and deduction of withholding taxes.
