Recent clients: WaterAid America and US Fund for UNICEF, Gould Farm (Monterey, MA), ConceptLink (New York, NY): Concepts in Childbirth; Helen Keller International, Arrowmont School of Arts & Crafts (Gatlinburg, TN)• Researched and uncovered new potential funding sources (foundation, corporate and individuals) for pilot water and sanitation program to be implemented in Nicaragua. More than 100 such sources were ultimately qualified and profiled for cultivation by WaterAid America Development staff. So far, nearly $400K has been received as a result of this research.• Researched and qualified potential Leadership Gift donors ($500K +) for support of UNICEF's child survival programs all over the world. Nearly 80 candidates were selected and segmented; detailed profiles were ultimately created for the most promising 20 Leadership gift candidates. • Researched foundation, corporate and individual donors (family foundations and donor advised funds) to broaden and strengthen the donor pipeline for Gould Farm, a well-respected residential center that provides psycho-social rehabilitation in a nurturing and non-institutional environment for adults (ages 18 and over) coping with mental health conditions such as depression, bipolar and schizoaffective disorder and schizophrenia.

- Successfully researched and identified new funding sources in response to unexpected funding cuts for trachoma control programs in Africa. New sources helped to sustain local projects and avert the suffering of many people.- Coordinated the work of 17 country trachoma control programs. Developed new procedures that cut program expenses by improving efficiency of information exchanges with field offices in Africa and Asia. - Translated, wrote and edited proposals, reports, strategic plans and drafted budgets for the Program Department.

Carried out focus group interviews with city-wide staff at all levels to find ways to increase efficiency in all areas. Developed and presented reengineering recommendations, including a project plan that was very well received by Senior Staff and accepted for implementation.

- Established new Community Fund that makes grants to cover school-related and emergency medical expenses incurred by the local children, and also provides small loans to local fishermen to expand their businesses. - Designed and implemented original research project on the "Future Aspirations of Female Secondary School Students in Ghana." Submitted findings to local school board, recommending the inclusion of a vocational education module that has since been introduced into the school curriculum
