Having a more thorough understanding of the meanings of my surroundings has made me more inclined to establish purposeful connections. By participating in student organizations, I refined the leadership and management skills that enabled me to pursue personal and career development. I seek out leadership positions in order to gain access to new experiences that will enable me to realize my fullest potential and establish rapport with diverse individuals. This allowed me to cultivate myself into a resourceful, adaptable, and proactive individual.
