My design thinking is driven by user research, empathy and my deep knowledge of motivation, game design and social mechanics from 15+ years in the entertainment, game, and ed-tech industries.As a creative, collaborative and authentic leader I am comfortable embracing the unknown and passionate about making sense of complex situations and co-creating a clear direction forward.I focus on processes that liberate product and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions based on users needs.
