About Lara Khouri

I am on a mission to make our world a happier place. Our reality, the way we perceive the world, is based on our experiences - what we see, hear, touch, smell, and, very importantly, feel. We rarely, if ever, forget how someone or something made us feel. And people always deserve to feel happy, valued, satisfied, motivated, and fulfilled.So, on July 17 2018, I somersaulted off the corporate ladder I'd been climbing for 20 years to set up my consultancy - there is no spoon - and give people, whether they are company staff or clients, the best experiences possible. Then, in 2023, I partnered with Rajeev Daswani and A Happiness Coaching Center to develop and deliver the world's first empathy-based, business-focused leadership development journey - a program that nurtures and evolves leaders to become self-aware, empathetic, and authentic.I work with organizations of different sizes in different industries and locations not just to consult for them, but to give them the skills and knowledge they need to be able to deliver valuable experiences with the resources they have. This extends to the depth of me leading any necessary change and coaching colleagues on how to navigate the change while remaining motivated and productive.Through the years, I’ve been fortunate to always be in a role that demanded consistent collaboration with colleagues, clients, business partners, and other stakeholders internationally, which taught me so much about global business processes and operations - from finance to HR to customer service to sales - and which helped me develop talents for big picture thinking that considers the contributing elements, improving cross-departmental and cross-border collaboration, internal & external communications, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, mentoring, and coaching.That's a lot of understanding and skill I'm privileged to bring to my clients as we work together to make magic :)
