Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist
• Conduct reoccurring on site internal monitoring of 35 contracted programs using in depth audit tools, Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS), other secure client information systems, and HUD resources. • Conduct reoccurring monitoring of temporary financial assistance expenditures• Analyze monitoring results, identify risk, and strategize corrective actions for final report• Partner with program staff to develop or revise systems to address areas of non-compliance or risk• Develop organization wide program policies, procedures, and standards in collaboration with the Quality Assurance department • Lead trainings on homeless documentation, and case management standards, and compliance• Prepare for funder reviews by coordinating with PATH Facilities, Human Resources, Finance, and direct services departments• Provide technical assistance to all levels of program staff on an ongoing basis
