Lara has always been an entrepreneur, starting businesses as a teen and going on to co-found Ryan Murphy Construction and build it to become one of Calgary’s homegrown, award-winning success stories. She also inspires attendees to her regular speaking events to take on leadership roles, become entrepreneurs themselves, and find success in the construction industry. Her advocacy for young people and budding entrepreneurs has given many local people the encouragement and support they needed to start fabulous careers.
