I coordinate the creation, update and optimization of our web content, for which I work with the web developer, the designer and the campaign specialist. Besides, I coordinate the creation of video content produced in and outside the organization.

During my first years at Greenpeace, I managed our social media profiles. I also edited and optimized our web blog. I designed digital communications strategies. I supported the coordination of digital volunteers.

During the time I spent at UNICEF I created web and video content for all our channels. I worked with Drupal's CMS, Google Search Console, Analytics and other tools in order to increase reach. Besides, I edited video and simple motion graphics to increase reach and engagement on our channels.

I supported the comms department at CODESPA Foundation while the comms director was on maternity leave. My tasks were related to fundraising and communication.

While I was studying the Masters Degree in Development Cooperation, I did an internship at UNICEF Spanish Committee where I supported the comms department with content creation, translations and media relationships.

My duties in this communications agency involve press managing for four accounts, most of them, financial clients (Credit Suisse, Banco Penta and MCC) and one tourism campaign for the European Commission whose aim is to promote Chilean tourism in the European Union. With the help of RumboCierto’s team, I distribute my clients among Chilean media and think about the communication strategies which suit them the best.

During my last year of university, I did an internship at El Mundo, the second most important newspaper in Spain. I worked in the multimedia department, editing videos for El Mundo’s website and other digital platforms such as Orbyt. For this task, I used Sony Vegas Pro.

I also did a summer internship in 2011. It was at Abc, one of the oldest newspapers in Spain. I wrote several articles from Madrid about important international events such as Norway’s Utoeya massacre, the Libyan uprising and Somalia’s famine. My article about this last event was on the newspaper’s front page.

This was my first summer internship and my first contact with real journalism. I was a reporter for the local news. I spent most of my time broadcasting from the street, so with the pressure of this. As a result, I gained confidence and became familiar with radio timing.
