I reported directly to the VP of Portfolio and Governance while leading the development and execution of a strategy to implement the Optum Clinical Manager (OCM) platform and working hand-in-hand with clinical IT leadership from UnitedHealth Group. My role required an in-depth understanding of products and existing systems across eight business lines to plan for strategic integration into the OCM platform.► Built and led a 6-person OCM team from the ground up, developing a solutions-driven strategy and overseeing implementation initiatives to support clients and IT delivery teams across the organization.► Partnered with CIO and CTO teams to define platform priorities, identify value drivers, and align technology strategies with business objectives.► Curate subject matter experts for decommissioning 62 products and 72 systems while tailoring plans for each business area to facilitate resource reallocation and strategic integration into the OCM framework.► Works jointly with Clinical Transformation and IT teams to create strategic roadmaps and implement documentation for new clinical ecosystems. ► Develop new governance for intake of new implementations and design roll out of OCM Knowledge Center on SharePoint.► Led the development of operational strategies for the Implementation team, driving value-focused task prioritization and clear documentation for engagement and leadership reporting.

I played a key role in driving new pharmacy strategic initiatives into reality and revenue drivers across our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and Specialty Pharmacy businesses. Reporting to the VP of Pharmacy Strategy, I led the vision-to-intake processes, creating value-based roadmaps and setting measurable objectives (OKRs). My work helped transform our Product teams into product-focused powerhouses, ensuring our business and technology goals were aligned.► Led cross-functional product teams in adopting a product-focused approach, combining subject matter expertise, CBPO knowledge, and best practices to drive digital transformation across all five organizational areas.► Guided alignment in the organization to help business product owners realize their vision and bring clarity to the technology teams regarding explicit and tangible requirements and goals. ► Built and led the foundational operations of the COE team, developing and implementing new templates, structures, and engagement processes that boosted organizational engagement and adoption.

I crafted and delivered impactful business solutions that made a real difference. One highlight was leading the development of a patient digital portfolio, which involved integrating $8 million in gross margin from ESI to the Accredo portal. I reported to multiple VPs and was responsible for shaping our Specialty digital products' strategy and product lifecycle, serving over 400,000 patients and managing portfolios worth over $100 million.► Orchestrated the patient digital portfolio (omnichannel) development, defining reporting solutions and serving as Business Product Owner and SME for Agile teams and application development.► Transformed patient experiences by integrating web, telephony, and physician contact models, delivering 6 major releases in 8 months, including a new Accredo portal, and achieving $165M+ in gross margin growth by shifting from manual to digital processes in 2017.► Exceeded revenue expectations by $20M by implementing IVR, the largest project at Express Scripts, and earned the Accredo Presidential FIVE STAR Award for Exceptional Patient Experience.► Led new A/I chatbot experience for Voice.

I oversaw and delivered multiple high-profile projects, tackling complex tasks such as in-depth data analysis, system issue escalations, and health checks.
