Planning: handling “deep dive” and “discovery” session meetings, collecting requirements from QTC teams, defining activities for each stakeholder and time estimation for testing/ planning phase.3. Execution: validating deliverables and providing sign off. Providing training sessions to QTC teams. 4. Hypercare: monitoring and controlling the quality of the deliverables from a fiscal/ legal and customer perspective, detecting issues / defects, and raising CR to CIO team for fixing, validating and approving before MTP.- NewCO migration project. The main project objective was splitting the process operation and systems from IBM to a new company (Kyndryl) together with a massive conversion to invoicing electronic delivery, which was successfully implemented. Kyndryl is now the biggest client for IBM. IBM moved to NewCO the entire Global Technology Service business. Among principal tasks:1. Leading the QTC activities transfer, analyzing data and reports to get volumes and finding the good strategy for data/process transfer.2. Adapting and optimizing QTC end to end processes according to NewCO fiscal/legal requirements. 3. Interlocking with the tax department and QTC teams. 4. Defining activities assigned to them and gathering their commitment for collecting requirements and testing phase availability.5.
