Major in Business Administration with emphasis on System Analysis in FASP – Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo, Post-graduate in Management and Technological Innovation from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, Microsoft Certified Professional - Windows Server 2003, plus SBS Server, and ITIL Certified.Extensive experience in the management of technology implementation projects, including process redesign products, new technology implementation, organizational redesigning and personnel assessment. These projects demanded special negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills with senior management clients, as well as the technical know-how for applying the appropriate methodology and guaranteeing higher quality deliverables. In 2001, having in mind small and medium size businesses, several entrepreneurs and I, saw the opportunity to work together and created the Projeto Certo Company that later merged with Plan Informática. In 2004, for strategic reasons I was positioned at one of our main customers to manage the technology area and later also the marketing area. The contact with clients gave me the acquired know-how knowledge needed in the support of strategic development of the Girassol software used for restaurants back-office, participating actively as mediator between the tested customer and the developer, changing needs, best practices and work methodology. That is how I chose that software as change facilitator in Food Industry and deepened my knowledge in that market.Working closely, since 1999, with Restaurant Industry customers, provided me with a broad knowledge of operation, finance, accounting and managerial dynamics, as well as a relevant strategic view of that market. This activity lead me to the prospection of new clients and opportunities, looking at the main responsibility of relationship management, identifying opportunities, building modern and complete solutions and high performance project execution guarantee. My experience also covers training and users’ support in different systems. As a hobby I participate in out-door racing, and have already participated in some races up to 10 kilometers.
